CLASSE is a school of Portuguese for foreigners.
Our courses are customized and designed according to the goals and needs of each student or group.
Our method focuses on everyday communication and is suited to help students living in Brazil speak, listen, read and write in no time.
We specialize in teaching Portuguese to foreign workers living in Minas Gerais, who work in mining, engineering, steel, and technology, among other sectors. Most of our students are expatriates working for national and multinational companies and their relatives.
Our mission is to train foreign students to communicate in Portuguese with confidence and assertiveness in the workplace (meetings, presentations, etc.), and to be autonomous in a wide range of everyday situations (appointments, leisure activities, etc.), thus achieving better linguistic and cultural insertion.
The school was founded in 2011 by Dilene Zaidan, who has had a long trajectory as a Portuguese for Foreigners instructor. Zaidan has a teaching degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and has worked as an instructor in various courses and programs targeted at foreign students. After 10 years in the business, as she was recommended by students and former students, she could no longer meet the increasing demand. Besides, she wanted to share the experience accumulated over the years and pass on her passion for teaching to other people. Above all, she dreamed of offering to foreign students a specialized school where they could find acceptance, high-quality, and professionalism.
Since 2011, CLASSE has supported students of various nationalities in locations across the state of Minas Gerais. We count on a carefully selected teaching staff which, in addition to having specific training in the teaching of Portuguese as a foreign language, have extensive experience in languages.

Fiz o teste CELPE-BRAS para a proficiência na lÃngua portuguesa para estrangeiros (semelhante ao teste TOEFL em inglês) e tirei um resultado muito bom porque a CLASSE me preparou de maneira muito profissional e focada no teste.
As professoras com imensa vivência em ensinar português para estrangeiros atendem minha exigência e ajudam bastante a alcançar meu objeto. Elas ajudam a aprender não só a gramática, mas também a cultura e história brasileira. Eu sinto que a minha proficiência está evoluindo à velocidade máxima possÃvel desde o inÃcio do curso na Classe.
